01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing nutrifit.es or engaging our Servicio de comidas preparadas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Nutrifit provides a premium meal delivery solution focused on nutritional transparency. These terms are a legally binding contract between you and Nutrifit S.L., located at Carrer de la Pau 10, 08002 Barcelona, Spain.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of our site or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Our Menú equilibrado diario is designed for general wellness and lifestyle support, not as a replacement for professional medical advice.
Delivery Logistics &
Regional Scope
Standard delivery hours: 06:00 - 10:00 Daily
02.1 Coverage Area
Our Entrega de comida saludable is currently limited to the metropolitan area of Barcelona, including specific postal codes in Eixample, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Gràcia, and Poblenou. We do not ship meals outside of our designated refrigerated vehicle range to ensure freshness.
02.2 Access Conditions
It is the client's responsibility to provide clear entry instructions for residential or commercial buildings. If our couriers cannot access the delivery point within 5 minutes of arrival, the delivery will be forfeited without a refund to maintain the logistics chain for other clients.
02.3 Temperature Control
Once delivered, the client assumes full responsibility for the thermal integrity of the meals. Comidas completas con recuento de calorías must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt to preserve safety and nutritional profile.
Account & Subscription Protocols
Ordering Deadlines
All Pedidos de alimentación saludable must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the requested delivery date. Late changes to your cycle are not technically possible due to our pre-batching procurement system.
Cancellations
Users may pause their subscription through the dashboard. Pauses must be submitted by Friday 18:00 CET for the following week's schedule. Refunds for active cycles are processed as store credit only.
Dietary Preferences
While we offer a Menú dietético a domicilio, we process allergens in a shared facility. We cannot guarantee 100% absence of trace elements like nuts or gluten. Users with severe allergies should proceed with caution.

Responsibility
Nutrifit provides nutritional information for educational purposes only. We are a lifestyle service, not a healthcare provider.

Our calorie counts are calculated based on standard ingredient data. Natural variance in fresh produce means these figures are high-signal estimates, not absolute laboratory certainty.
Tech Performance
We strive for 100% uptime on nutrifit.es. However, we are not liable for any losses resulting from technical downtime, payment gateway errors, or scheduled maintenance.
Health Context
Nutrifit does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any clinical conditions. Our plans are designed for overall vitality and healthy calorie-controlled living for the general population.
